Hot Cocoa Crepes
- 1 cup hot cocoa
- ¾ cup flour
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- whipped cream
Combine 1 cup hot cocoa, 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 2 eggs in a blender.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt a little butter and then pour ¼ cup of your batter into the pan. Swirl the batter around so it covers all of the edges and then let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes before taking it off the pan and letting it cool.
Take one crepe and fold it into eighths. Cut two corners off the top, two slits down the side, and then a hole at the point. Unfold and it will be a snowflake shape that you can place on top of a stack of crepes and whipped cream.
- crescent roll dough
- oil, for frying
- 2-3 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cookie butter
Preheat your oil to 180*F.
Use a cookie cutter to cut gingerbread men out of the crescent dough.
Fry the doughnuts for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix together 2-3 cups powdered sugar and 1 cup milk until a smooth mixture comes together. Then, stir in 1 cup cookie butter.
Dip the doughnuts into the icing and set them aside to dry. Once they are dry, pipe on a face and buttons with royal icing.
